We hope you love every JohnnyB Jewelry piece. Still, if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery of your package. All returns must be complete, unused, and in their original condition, including the original packaging. Items must not appear used, worn, or abused.
Gifts with purchase must be returned with the item. Otherwise, you could be charged for the item or its value deducted from your refund amount. If the return does not follow these requirements, your return or exchange will not be processed, and there is no guarantee that the product will be returned to you.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you receive an email notification. Processing takes up to 10 business days. During peak seasons, please allow extra time for processing because of higher business volumes.
Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are not refunded because they are paid to the carrier when the package is shipped. You have 14 days to return items after the delivery of your order. SOME PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
Sale items, custom items, personalized and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that we do not accept returns on earrings (this includes necklace/earrings sets sold together), and wedding accessories due to hygiene.
PROCESSING OF RETURNS
We recommend you send return item(s) back to our warehouse using tracking to ensure no loss in transit. We are not responsible for your shipping fees or loss in transit of returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records. Once your return is received and has been inspected, please expect to receive an email notification confirming our receipt of your returned item(s). You will also receive notification of the acceptance or rejection of your refund(s). If your refund receives approval, it is processed. You will automatically receive a credit applied to the credit card or your original payment method within 10 business days.

To qualify for free shipping in Canada or the US, your order must be at least $99CAD before taxes, after discounts and promotions are applied.
International Shipping
International shipping costs depend on your location. We deliver only to residential or commercial addresses, no PO Boxes. JohnnyB Jewelry is not responsible for international duties and fees in the recipient country. You pay all customs, duty fees, and taxes upon delivery. JohnnyB Jewelry will not undervalue fine jewelry items on international customs forms, so customers should expect to pay the projected duties and fees based on the full price of all fine jewelry items.
Delivery times listed are estimates only. These estimates do not consider delays from holidays, customs clearances, weather issues, etc. Addresses in more remote areas require some additional delivery time.
We work to get your items to you on time. However, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside of the estimated time frames. For guaranteed deliveries with a signature, please refer to the express shipping options.
Need it sooner? We’ve got you covered! The express shipping option gets you your fine jewelry within just a couple of business days. Holidays on weekdays are not considered business days. Please note that if you choose expedited shipping on orders with personalized items or items that have a future ship date, they will be shipped using an expedited shipping service once the item is available.
These express delivery times and quoted prices are based on orders that ship to most major cities. Shipments to remote locations sometimes require additional fees and some extra time for delivery. All customs and duty fees or taxes are your responsibility to pay. Please contact us if you have additional questions about express shipping to your location.
