  • Q:   CAN YOU GIVE ME A STYLING ADVICE?

    JohnnyB would love to help you pick the right piece from our products for your wedding or for daily wear. If you need some assistance choosing which of our bridal products or daily wear pieces will work best for you, please message us and if you can, send pictures of your gown or hairdos. We will choose the best piece for your occasion or big day for you!

  • Q:   CAN I ASK FOR ORDER ADJUSTMENTS or CANCELLATIONS?

    We are focused on shipping your order as fast as possible, so the cancellation widown is very small, so if you want to make an adjustment or cancel your order, send an email to hello@johnnybjewelry.com right away. Note: Sending the email does not guarantee your adjustment or cancellation is processed. We will contact you when we receive your email to let you know if we can accommodate your request. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed.

    PLEASE NOTE: That we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.

  • Q:   CAN I PRE-ORDER ITEMS AHEAD?

    If an item is listed with an estimated ship date, it means that it is being shipped to us, creating availability for shipment on the specified date. That way, you purchase and reserve what you want in advance, so you are the first to receive those delights!

    Payment is taken immediately when you place your order, and your card is charged. If you have purchases any additional items currently in stock, your complete order is shipped when all items are available. If you prefer to have some items delivered before the latest items arrive, we recommend placing separate orders.

  • Q:   WHAT IS BACKORDER?

    Some products are popular and sell out faster than we expected. When you find out the product(s) you like is/are sold out, some products will allow you to “Backorder”. This means you can still purchase the product. Once our warehouse receives the product(s), we will send out all the backorders right away.

    Payment is taken immediately when you place your order, and your card is charged. If you have purchases any additional items currently in stock, your complete order is shipped when all items are available. If you prefer to have some items delivered before the latest items arrive, we recommend placing separate orders.

  • Q:   WHAT HAPPENS WHEN PRODUCTS SELL OUT?

    Some sold-out items will be available for restock after a period time. Other sold-out items will not be restocked as they are limited editions or are seasonal products.

  • Q:   WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

    We are based in beautiful Vancouver, Canada! We ship all our orders from the warehouse in Vancouver. Standard orders to Canada and the US will never have duties. International orders are all subject to import duties, taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for.

  • Q:   DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

    YES! You receive FREE shipping to both Canada and the US on all orders over $99CAD after discounts and promo codes.

    Please Note: Free shipping is not currently available to destinations outside of Canada and the US.

  • Q:   WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    Orders received by 3:00PM (PST) are typically processed on the same day. Orders received after 3:00PM PST, on Saturday and Sunday, or holidays are normally processed the next business day. All in-stock orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Upgraded Express shipping orders are prioritized for shipment within 1 business day.

  • Q:   DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES?

    You will never have to pay duties on standard shipping to Canada or the US! Orders shipping to international locations and express shipments to the US may be subject to import duties, handing fee and VAT, which we cannot control.

  • Q:   HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Once your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package(s). Please allow a few business days for a tracking link to start working.

  • Q:   WHAT DOES AN ESTIMATED SHIP DATE MEAN?

    If an item is listed with an estimated ship date, it means it is currently out of stock or it is a new arrival and is in the process of being restocked or stocked. We estimate it will be available to ship on the specified date. This gives you the option to purchase, which reserves the item(s) you want, to guarantee you will get it/them.

    Payments for pre-ordered items are taken when you place your order, and your card is charged at checkout.

  • Q:   HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ITEMS TO SHIP?

    Any “PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM” item is labelled as such on the JohnnyB Jewelry website. Customized and personalized pieces ship in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

    JohnnyB Jewelry gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Debit Visa.

    Please Note: We also offer e-transfer for Canadian customers.

  • Q:   MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?

    We do our best to ensure your products won’t be damaged during transit. Although we carefully inspect each item before shipping and package with care, damage or defects may happen during shipment.

    If your item is damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@johnnybjewelry.com with your order number. Please send photos of the damage. We’ll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!

    Please note: We cannot accept claims beyond 14 days after delivery or for damage from wear and tear or mishandling.

  • Q:   DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?

    We love that you’re gifting our pieces! Your order will automatically include our luxury packaging box/garment bag shown on all our individual products pages.

    Please note: You can ship the package directly to the recipient. Just enter their information in the shipping address upon checkout. We all love surprises!

  • Q:   THE PRODUCT I WANT IS NOT IN STOCK. WILL IT BE BACK?

    We work hard to keep the best-selling pieces in stock, but there are times when they move too quickly.

    Sign up to receive a notification when the item is back in stock. Enter your email address in the out- of-stock notification section on the product page or add it to your Wishlist when you have an account with us. If you’re lucky, the product is already available for pre-order, so you can make your purchase to reserve it immediately. This means that the item is guaranteed to make a comeback, and you’re guaranteed to get it!

  • Q:   I FORGOT TO USE MY PROMO CODE. WHAT DO I DO?

    Because of the number of inquiries, we receive every day, we can’t adjust your order if you forgot to use your promo code. Please take the time at checkout to provide the correct information.

  • Q:   THE ITEM I PURCHASED IS ON SALE NOW. WHAT CAN I DO?

    Prices are always subject to change. We happily offer a one-time price adjustment on your regularly priced item(s) up to 7 days after your order is placed. This applies to regularly priced items only and does not include discount code items or items that are part of any other promotion. Please email us at hello@johnnybjewelry.com within 7 days of your order date to request a price adjustment.

  • Q:   HOW DO I BEST TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELS?

    We hope you truly love your jewels, and we want them to be staples of your wardrobe! However, fashion jewelry shouldn’t be worn 24/7.

    To keep your jewelry sparkly and minimize wear, avoid contact with perfume, liquids, lotions and perspiration. They’ll dull the pieces and cause wear. Treat your jewels with care, and they’ll keep sparkling!

    Brass is one of the most popularly-used metals for jewelry, partly due to its resemblance to gold. It has been used since its creation in making beautiful jewelry designs. Due to its affordability, workability and durability, brass is a very good choice for jewelry and is increasingly being used in the jewelry world.

    JohnnyB Jewelry is crafted with plated-base metals like gold and silver plating, rhodium, 14k-18k gold plating and sterling silver. All our products meet jewelry standards in order to be safely worn. We carry stylish, quality pieces for everyone to enjoy.

  • Q:   I DIDN’T FIND THE ANSWER I’M LOOKING FOR HERE; WHAT DO I DO NOW?

    Please send us an email. The JohnnyB customer service is happy to help with any other questions you may have. We do our best to respond quickly. However, allow 24 to 48 hours to receive your response. Plus, we only handle orders placed through johnnybjewelry.com. If you placed your order through any of our retailers, please contact their respective customer service team.

  • Q:   WHAT IS RHODIUM?

    A member of the platinum group, rhodium is a shiny, white metal that is highly reflective, and durable. It is often used as a hardening agent for platinum.

    In jewelry, it is plated on other metals to increase lustre and eliminate tarnishing. 

  • Q:   WHAT IS STERLING SILVER?

    To produce stronger and more durable products, pure silver is often combined with other metals. Sterling Silver is the most popular alloy.

    Fine silver (99.9% pure) is generally too soft for producing large functional objects; therefore, the silver is usually alloyed with copper to give it strength. Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, such as copper. The sterling standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925. This alloy preserves the elasticity and beauty of the precious metal.

    Other metals can also replace the copper, most often with the intent to improve various properties of the basic sterling alloy such as reducing casting porosity, eliminating firescale, and increasing resistance to tarnish.

  • Q:   WHAT IS GOLD TONE AND SILVER TONE?

    Gold and silver-tone refer to the gold-coloured or silver-coloured base metal used to finish jewelry. These base metals are usually brass or copper. There is no real gold or silver included.

    Gold plating is a method of depositing a thin layer of gold onto the surface of another metal, such as silver or copper.
